Too often we lay aside our emotions, forget about us and our inner world, in order to function in society and our daily lives.
By time, we may develop deconstructive ways of living, ineffective self-help strategies which limit our personal growth, create blockages, and consequently lessens the quality of our life. Some of us may carry deep emotional wounds
and seek professional care and attention to support their healing path and eventually recover to their true authentic self.
